At this time Robert Morrison Torrens Uncle and Aunt, Dr Hugh Ranken Torrens (1845 - 1932) and Harriet (Nee Thompson) (1866 - 1937) lived there. It was Harriet who helped J W Kernohan work out the family tree at the behest of Jared Sidney Torrance.
