My Great Grandfather Robert Jameson Torrens [1853 - 1896] married Elizabeth "Jenny" Long [ABT 1853 - 1895]. Both of them had short lives. However at this time the Long family was quite prominent in Youghal and like a lot of other Youghal families, they did not all stay in the town so many of these records relate to other places.

Maybe they are more of social history interest! I am transcribing them (mainly to help myself digest them) and they will link them here as transcribed.
