Memorial of Lease dated 16 June 1762, whereby Hugh Torrence and Jennett
Torrence alias Lang of Ballynarog, parish of Tamlaghtfinlagen, Co.
L'Derry, demised and let to George Cresweol of Kerrinaddle, in said parih
and Co., 5 acres of land situate in the townland of Ballynerog aforesaid
with the benefir of the bog or mountain thereto belonging to Hold for the
term of 10 years from 1 Nov., then next, at rent therein mentioned.

Said lease witnessed by George Watson of Artikelly and Ezekial Moore of
Newton Lemevady, both in Co. L'Derry, gents.

This memorial witnessed by Ezekial Moore and John Mullan of Newton
Lemevady aforesaid, grocer.
